Overview:
At Cassia, a leading senior care organization, we are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to enhance the lives of our residents. This role is essential in providing compassionate care and support to our elderly community.
Work Schedule:
This position involves working evening shifts, with responsibilities every other weekend and holiday.
Hours: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Assist residents in achieving their highest level of independence through personal care and daily living activities.
- Monitor and document vital signs using modern computerized systems.
- Respond to resident needs, including assisting with mobility and personal care tasks.
- Observe and report any changes in resident conditions to the supervising staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the care team.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Dakota is required.
- Must possess a valid TMA certification in North Dakota.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for elder care.
