Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Nuclear Services Group in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success by preparing design studies, electrical calculations, and project scopes. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in motivating the team to achieve business goals.

• Coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure project success
• Prepare design studies, project scopes, and engineering estimates to support project planning
• Develop electrical equipment procurement and installation specifications, and evaluate technical bids to select equipment
• Prepare electrical calculations based on required design inputs to ensure accurate project execution
• Develop new approaches to technical problems and implement innovative solutions
• Travel to project sites to participate in walkdowns, field installation, and start-up activities
• Lead the team with a positive, winning attitude and effective leadership style consistent with Enercon's Defining Excellence fundamentals

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the design of electrical systems in the power generation or nuclear industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams and as an individual contributor
