About the Opportunity

Wellstone Health Partners, a leading multi-specialty group affiliated with Seton Medical Center Harker Heights, seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its established practice in the Harker Heights region of Texas. Located in Killeen, this opportunity offers an attractive work environment and competitive compensation package.

About Your Work:

As a valued member of our team, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including base salary, wRVU production incentive, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, medical debt assistance, relocation allowance, residency stipend, paid malpractice coverage, health benefits, and retirement plan. Our team includes 18 physicians, 10 APPs, and 1 PA, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Harker Heights is a rapidly growing city located about an hour north of Austin, with a service area of over 300,000 people. The area offers a low cost of living, housing options, and excellent schools. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy two large recreational lakes, boating, water skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, and hunting opportunities. With easy access to several specialties, including GI, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Urology, and more, you'll be able to provide comprehensive care to your patients.

About the Hospital:

Seton Medical Center Harker Heights (SMCHH) is an 83-bed acute care hospital that provides a wide range of services, including Cardiology, Emergency Services, Level IV Trauma Designated Emergency Room, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, and Women's Services. As a Joint Commission Accredited, Chest Pain Center, and Advanced Primary Stroke Center, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care with dignity and respect.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.
