Seasonal Wind Energy Technologist

This Seasonal Wind Energy Technologist role involves performing maintenance and repair activities on wind turbine generators. The individual will conduct precision measurements, structural material removal, and repair on wind turbine blades. This job includes performing repairs on Category 4 and 5 repairs with established procedures.

• Performs maintenance and repair on wind turbine power generation equipment with qualified leader experience
• Travels extensively within the company fleet
• Performs electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting; assesses damage; and conducts repairs on structural components of wind turbine blades, as well as maintenance, rigging, and operation of blade repair platforms and boom trucks

• High School Grad / GED
• Experience: 0+ years
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. NextEra Energy provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
