Imaging Specialist

Providence is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing imaging examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing sophisticated imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
Responsibilities- Perform imaging examinations with minimal radiation exposure to patients and operators.
- Utilize clinical knowledge and judgment to ensure proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment.
- Maintain ALARA awareness and adhere to safety protocols.
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Radiographer License or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months of hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
