Flowserve Corporation is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a 2nd shift position.
Job Summary:This is a CNC machinist position responsible for operating a 5 Axis CNC Mazak Integrex machine to produce precision parts and instruments. The successful candidate will have experience in gauge training, geometric tolerancing, and blueprint reading.
Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture parts to required specifications and standards using the Mazak Integrex machine.
- Develop, design, and grind special tooling instruments and fixtures required for non-standard and experimental products.
- Develop the machining processes to ensure the product is produced efficiently.
- Exhibit behavior that contributes toward an environment that encourages team building, decision making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to safe work habits, rules, and practices, including the correct use of safety devices and equipment.
- 5+ years of experience operating a 5 axis CNC machine, CNC mill/drill or CNC Lathe and CNC Mill.
- Must possess previous experience in gauge training, geometric tolerancing, and blueprint reading.
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the position.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn, and work ethic.
