Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is a leading manufacturer of frozen bakery products, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support our business partners in the interpretation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Job Summary

The HR Generalist will assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. This role will support various business partners and lead HR practices that will develop a high-performance culture. The individual in this role will possess effective communication, critical thinking, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for assigned business lines and ensure timely enrollment in benefit programs and completion of new hire paperwork
• Develop and lead new hire onboarding processes and administer company policies to the workforce
• Assist with quarterly employee newsletter and maintain and update employee records
• Lead the administration of open enrollment and employee engagement processes throughout the year
• Perform applicable employee relations functions to include conflict resolution and investigations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
• 3 years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Effective communication skills required
• Must possess strong planning, interpersonal, and written skills
• Must be able to champion and adjust to change including working with deadlines
