Role Summary:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will serve as the primary liaison for our customers. This position demands excellent communication abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
- Interact with customers across multiple platforms to provide support and resolve inquiries.
- Offer assistance in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our varied customer demographic.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to deliver precise information to clients.
- Address customer issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
- Support order processing and provide technical assistance.
- Keep comprehensive customer records utilizing CRM tools.
- Identify chances for cross-selling and upselling products.
- Collect customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
