Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities of production personnel in manufacturing and packaging of products for Business Units
  • Assign tasks, provide work directions, and feedback; participate in performance reviews, new hiring interviewing, and disciplinary actions
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding packaging and manufacturing processes and issues
  • Review and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve optimal productivity and cost
  • Work closely with Maintenance team to ensure equipment operates efficiently
  • Ensure data is entered and tracked in computer systems accurately
  • Coordinate continuous improvement and 5S efforts in production departments
