Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings is a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
