The maintenance technician will be responsible for addressing various tasks, including minor electrical system repairs, painting interior and exterior, flooring and carpentry work, landscape maintenance, plumbing repair, and appliance installation. We offer a competitive pay rate of $25-$30 per hour based on experience and reference checks.
Our ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience working in building maintenance for residential properties, handyman or comparable experience. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, pass a criminal background check, take direction from site management, and have excellent customer service skills.
