We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Waste Connections. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repairs and inspections on diesel vehicles, utilizing vehicle computer electrical systems to diagnose and repair issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and inspections on diesel vehicles
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
- Utilize vehicle computer electrical systems to interpret failure modes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
- Proficiency in diesel vehicle diagnostic tools and preventative maintenance
- Basic tool set
- Hydraulic experience a plus
