  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of 5S and lean principles preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships across all organizational levels.
