Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering food and beverage orders to guests at the pool and beach areas.

Essential Duties:

  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and expressing gratitude upon their departure.
  • Communicating guest feedback and concerns to the management team.
  • Providing efficient and pleasant customer service.
  • Ensuring timely food delivery and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential. Previous experience in food service and familiarity with service standards is preferred.

Physical Requirements: The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting objects up to 30 lbs., and bending as necessary.
