Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests and the service bar.
  • Collect payment for drinks and food served, maintaining accurate cash handling and operating procedures.
  • Order and requisition liquors, supplies, and other necessary items to maintain a well-stocked bar area.

  • Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.

  • Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity required for tasks such as mixing drinks and handling cash.
  • Excellent hearing, writing, and typing skills, with ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to pull a minimum of 50 pounds, with frequent pulling and carrying of heavy objects.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, with frequent standing and walking required for tasks such as serving guests and maintaining the bar area.
  • Must ensure cleanliness of the bar area, maintaining a high level of hygiene and presentation.
  • Must have weekend and evening availability, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
