Responsibilities
  • Assist management in leading the day-to-day operation of the healthcare team.
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider.
  • Develop and implement plans of care that prescribe interventions to attain expected outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to plans of care as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing and current Ohio Registered Nurse license from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of triage procedures and clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care experience.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
  • Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
