We are seeking a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in family medicine, adult health, or gerontology. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing or a related field and current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Physician Assistants must have a graduate degree from an accredited program and current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
