About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cyclotron Operator to join our team at Jubilant Radiopharma. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the cyclotron and related synthesis equipment, ensuring the quality of our radiopharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-production checks, including temperature, humidity, and gas pressure checks, to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Set up and operate the cyclotron and chemistry modules, as well as quality control equipment, to produce high-quality PET radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Assist in drawing doses using manipulator arms and hot cell, and perform quality assurance tests to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct minor maintenance on the cyclotron and related equipment, and use standard operating procedures to combine and mix reagents for quality control and synthesis.
  • Label and package products, and conduct survey and wipe tests to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor supplies and order additional materials as needed, and perform quality control tests on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries and participate in meetings to integrate activities and communicate issues.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with customer-focused and team-oriented approach
