As a key member of the product development team, this individual will be responsible for designing and engineering innovative products that meet the needs of customers and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for product development
  • Design and engineer new products, including prototypes and production-ready designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, including engineering drawings and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, design, or engineering

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
