About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our Center-Based Services team at Kaleidoscope ABA. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child and their family
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve treatment goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in children's behavior
  • Develop and implement strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable means of transportation; valid state driver's license and current automobile insurance required if using own vehicle
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
  • Ability to respond effectively to varied demands of the child, family, supervisor, and other team members

Our Center-Based Services team operates in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing a range of services to children and families. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including BCBA's, RBT's, and other therapists, to deliver high-quality services and achieve treatment goals.
