The Secretary/Treasurer will be responsible for performing a variety of secretarial, basic accounting and administrative assistant duties to relieve the Principal of administrative and clerical detail. This includes planning, coordinating and organizing office activities and coordinating the flow of communications, correspondence and information for the Principal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the Principal; assure smooth and efficient office operations; assist with coordinating and assure proper and timely completion of office projects and activities;
- Perform a variety of clerical accounting duties in support of assigned functions as required; prepare and maintain ECA, Corporation and other reports; record daily attendance of students;
- Receive visitors, including administrators, staff, students and the public; provide assistance or direct to appropriate staff; exercise independent judgment in resolving a variety of issues and problems;
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years of increasingly responsible clerical or accounting experience.
