About the Role:
As an IT Manager at our client's organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving their technology strategy and ensuring their systems align with business objectives. You'll lead a team of skilled IT professionals, manage complex IT projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IT strategies that support our long-term business goals.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software, to ensure optimal performance and security.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
