Job Title: Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-focused Engineering Document Control Specialist to join our team. As part of this position, you will be responsible for overseeing, arranging, and regulating all engineering documents related to designated projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that documents are kept up-to-date, properly versioned, and easily accessible to the relevant parties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, a sharp attention to detail, and the capacity to perform efficiently in a dynamic engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and other related documents.
  • Ensure that documents are properly versioned, updated, and easily accessible to the relevant parties.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documents are accurate, complete, and meet project requirements.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of document control principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, Procore) and electronic CAD software.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic engineering setting.
