Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled.NET Developer to join our team at CAI. As a.NET Developer, you will play a critical role in modernizing our applications to ensure security, compliance, accessibility, and compatibility with current technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex solutions using C#, ASP.Net, and VB.Net to modernize our applications.
  • Maintain and enhance the payment process for Operations to generate files for taxpayer accounts in AIRS.
  • Develop and maintain packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts.
  • Support the development of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Ad Valorem, and Racing License Application applications.
  • Assist state employees with.Net solutions and mentor on best practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of development experience with C#, ASP.Net, and VB.Net.
  • 8+ years of experience installing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and 2016.
  • 8+ years of Disaster Recovery Design & Testing experience.
  • 8+ years of experience using Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports.
  • 8+ years of experience using integration services or SSIS packages to import and export data to/from SQL.
  • 8+ years of experience with image capture software and applications.
  • Experience with design and maintenance of TDE Encryption.
  • Experience using integration services or SSIS packages to import and export data to/from SQL.
  • Experience developing window services.
  • Experience developing web services.
  • Experience designing and testing disaster recovery plans.
  • Ability to write and review VB.Net code.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications.
  • Education requirement of a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other equivalent education.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
