Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Attorney - Insurance Defense to join our team. As a key member of our in-house counsel practice, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of insurance defense cases, from inception to resolution. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, while also driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of insurance defense cases, including trial experience
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Work closely with our team to drive business results
• Develop and implement strategies to improve case outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Member in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required
