Job Title: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Nurse to join our team at LeaderStat. As a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

The Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Nurse will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with medical, surgical, and telemetry needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform care decisions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years
  • Current State Licensure
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
