CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Federal Way, Washington. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our hospital medicine team.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to hospitalized patients
- Leading and collaborating with our hospital medicine team to improve patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current licensure in the state of Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
