Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Recruiter to join our team at Cyberbacker. As a Cyber Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Command and Database Management: Utilize your expertise to manage and maintain our database of potential candidates, ensuring that our recruitment efforts are efficient and effective.
  • Drip Campaigns and Social Media: Develop and implement targeted drip campaigns and social media strategies to engage with potential candidates and promote our brand.
  • Recruiting Appointment Setting Scripts: Create and utilize appointment setting scripts to schedule meetings with potential candidates and move them through the recruitment process.
  • Market Share Scripts: Develop and implement market share scripts to identify and engage with potential candidates who are not currently in our database.
  • Co-broke Scripts: Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement co-broke scripts that leverage our network and resources to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Merger Scripts: Develop and implement merger scripts to identify and engage with potential candidates who are looking to transition to a new role.
  • Lead Follow up: Follow up with potential candidates to ensure that they are engaged and moving through the recruitment process.
  • Events and Invitation Scripts: Develop and implement event and invitation scripts to engage with potential candidates and promote our brand.
  • Productivity Coaching Scripts: Provide coaching and guidance to potential candidates to help them improve their productivity and performance.
  • New Licensee Scripts: Develop and implement new licensee scripts to engage with potential candidates who are new to the industry.
  • Prospect recruits on a daily basis from multiple lead sources: Identify and engage with potential candidates from a variety of sources, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Send and respond to text messages as well as inbound phone calls: Utilize your communication skills to engage with potential candidates and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and a proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
