Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluations of the plan of care for each resident. They will also provide nutritional counseling for residents and their families, and participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans of care
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive nutrition support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian
  • Experience in long-term care and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
