About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Director to lead our Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at Sky Ridge Medical Center, a part of HCA HealthONE Graduate Medical Education network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Recruit and manage a diverse and talented faculty team
- Collaborate with GME leadership to ensure program success and growth
- Provide administrative, teaching, and clinical leadership to residents and faculty
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and medical staff
Requirements:
- Board certification by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of three years post-residency participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited OBGYN residency program
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Experience in clinical supervision, teaching, and curriculum development
