Key Responsibilities
As a mixologist, your role will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits, along with the ability to prepare a variety of cocktails.
- Informing guests about our specialty drinks and menu offerings, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintaining accurate cash handling and adhering to established financial procedures.
- Complying with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Ensuring a clean and safe workspace, contributing to a positive environment.
- Efficiently delivering drink orders to guests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A friendly and outgoing personality, with a knack for building rapport with guests.
- A minimum of two years of bartending experience.
- Comfort with basic math and cash handling, along with proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
