Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our Addison, Texas location. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them develop essential skills for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
