Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server Representative to join our team at Lantana Golf Club. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and promoting our food and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Assist guests with food and beverage selections, making recommendations and informing them of current specials.
• Promote food and beverage products and services, highlighting our unique offerings.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage cash and credit transactions, adhering to established procedures.
• Recognize and resolve guest complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, ensuring a pleasant visit.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the food and beverage industry, applying knowledge to improve service standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of serving experience, with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety procedures and product labeling.
• Ability to speak effectively with guests and colleagues, conveying information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform other duties as required.
