Assembly Technician

GVM, Inc is a family-owned company built on traditional values. We are seeking a skilled tradesman to join our manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling agricultural application equipment and snow/anti-icing equipment using hand, pneumatic, and power tools. The Assembly Technician will work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established time and quality limits. Key Performance Metrics include improving product quality, reducing defect rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Assembly Technician will report to the Manufacturing Manager and be responsible for identifying and communicating process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of assembly processes and methods, excellent organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
