The Life Care Center of McMinnville is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant in Training to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Accurately document and chart patient care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Participate in the evacuation of patients and demonstrate dependability and regular attendance.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Perform physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Currently enrolled in a State-approved CNA program and willing to work for a single consecutive period of four (4) months.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
