Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries International Inc. As a Donation Attendant, you will play a critical role in receiving and processing donations, ensuring that they are properly sorted, labeled, and prepared for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process donations from customers, including sorting, labeling, and preparing items for sale
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that donors are satisfied with their experience
  • Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move donations and merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Goodwill's safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and donation goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
