Nurse Assistant

Ridgeview is seeking a skilled Restorative Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a Restorative Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in implementing nursing rehabilitation restorative interventions to help our residents achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Implement nursing rehabilitation restorative interventions as directed by the therapist, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing.
- Provide personal care services for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
- Accurately document resident information and progress in daily flow sheets and weekly summaries.
- Perform resident weights and report unusual weight recordings to the charge nurse.

Requirements- Successful completion of CNA Competency Program with current certification in California.
- RNA certification preferred, or completed within 90 days of employment.
- One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
