Job Description

At Bubble Gum Kids Dentistry & All About Orthodontics, we are seeking a highly skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical support team. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our orthodontic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient preparation and charting
  • Monitor and maintain clinical supplies and equipment inventory
  • Ensure compliance with IC, CDC, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety operations
  • Perform x-ray exposure, monitoring logs, and maintenance books
  • Accurately document patient information and financial data
  • Provide lab support as needed

Requirements:
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, practice management software, and electronic dental records
  • Basic skills certificate in DANB Infection Control and Radiology
  • Ability to interpret and comply with applicable regulations and guidelines
