**Responsibilities**
We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room. Your role will involve promoting the mission, vision, and values of Surgical Care Affiliates. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient status throughout the perioperative care continuum.
- Developing individualized perioperative patient care plans.
- Collaborating as a member of a multidisciplinary team to plan perioperative patient care.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred one year of experience in operating room and/or medical/surgical nursing.
- Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
- Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment or proof of current BLS certification.
- Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment or proof of current ACLS certification.
- Successful completion of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required when pediatric care is included in the facility's scope of services within 90 days of employment or proof of current PALS certification.
- Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.
**Compensation**
Competitive hourly rates ranging from USD $45.00 to USD $55.00.
