  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and solve technical issues to achieve unit objectives, and develop creative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Leadership: Lead the efforts of assembly, test, and verification of electronics at various stages of hardware development, and drive innovation and integration of new technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 24 months of experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related field.
