Salary: $15.00-$18.00/hr (based on experience) + 20% Shift Differential Pay
The Sanitation Compliance Technician collaborates with the Quality Assurance and Production teams at Innovative Labs to uphold sanitation standards and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring that thorough inspections and cleaning processes are executed effectively, while also identifying areas for operational enhancements.
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 7:00pm-3:00am.
Key Responsibilities- Execute sanitation protocols and procedures.
- Assist in developing a comprehensive Master Cleaning Schedule aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct sanitation audits to evaluate peer performance.
- Identify issues and initiate corrective measures.
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee adherence to sanitation standards.
- Complete sanitation-related training programs.
- Review and verify cleaning and sanitation documentation.
- Report findings and corrective actions to the Sanitation Supervisor and Manager.
- Propose process improvements across departments.
- Engage with all areas to confirm that cleaning and sanitation practices are being followed.
- Provide weekly updates to management.
- Perform housekeeping tasks as part of the EPSU technician role.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Comprehend and apply information outlined in company SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to interpret product quality specifications and regulatory documents.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deliver training to staff on cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience or education.
- Pass a skills assessment exam with a minimum score of 70% in reading and math comprehension.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
