Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at St. Vincent's in Bismarck, ND. As an LPN, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages, working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or advocates on prevention and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
