Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, with a focus on medical device manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design and implement equipment and processes for manufacturing medical devices.
  • Ensure that all manufacturing procedures comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and process-related issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead process validation activities including risk assessment, process design, operational and performance qualification.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and guide team members on new processes and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and medical devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on medical device manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in process development and optimization, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in using process simulation software and other relevant tools.
  • Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations related to medical device manufacturing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
