In collaboration with Starbucks, we offer a selection of specialty coffee beverages in a unique setting. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for taking and crafting beverage orders in accordance with brand standards and customer preferences. The specific duties and responsibilities of this role may differ based on the location and operational needs.

• Welcome customers and process their orders, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages in line with brand guidelines and customer specifications.
• Offer prepared food items, including desserts.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings to provide excellent service to customers.
• Set up and dismantle workstations, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and sanitized.

• Prior experience in a barista role or similar position is preferred.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Show strong organizational abilities, precision, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
