Your Contributions
- Collaborate under the mentorship of the Supervising Engineer.
- Design and evaluate grading and drainage systems.
- Conduct assessments for foundation designs.
- Oversee the design and review of driveways and access areas.
- Lead civil engineering efforts for all projects and the capital program.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams supporting project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Exercise ethical decision-making regarding company resources and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct.
- Take on additional responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
- Experience in consulting environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
- Strong self-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with remote team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance with health and safety policies.
- Flexibility to accommodate project-specific schedules.
- Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
- Must be able to pass client-mandated drug/alcohol testing.
- Engineer in Training Certification is required.
- Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineering Licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation
Expected Salary Range: $73,100 - $114,000
