Job Opportunity

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Isle at Raider Ranch, an assisted living and memory care community in Lubbock, Texas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse, the Certified Nurse Aide will perform routine resident care, including assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring adequate nutritional and fluid intake.

Responsibilities

  • Perform skills to meet the activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Assist residents in maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Ensure adequate nutritional and fluid intake is provided
  • Assist with meal service and feeding residents
  • Report promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to appropriate Supervisor
  • Utilize standard precautions and infection control procedures
  • Prepare resident progress notes and submit in a timely manner
  • Perform other procedures as delegated by the licensed nurse and within the scope of nurse aide responsibilities

Requirements

  • CNAs must have current state registration
  • Utilize basic knowledge of communication techniques, infection control, safety, body mechanics, and age-related differences when providing care
  • Prefer a high school diploma or GED
  • Able to read, write and comprehend English
  • Must complete an annual training
  • One year experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years old
