Job Summary:
As an Aggregate Operations Supervisor at Knife River, you will oversee all phases of SAFE aggregate operations, including screening, crushing, and washing. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Hot Plant and Ready-Mix Plant equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule personnel, production, repair, and maintenance
Ensure adherence to MSHA and OSHA standards
Recognize and promote proper work patterns and ergonomics
Maintain knowledge of open cut mining rules and regulations

Requirements:
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong knowledge of aggregate operations and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
