Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in accordance with Sunrise's culinary programs and standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that all items are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the dining room budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
