About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of civil engineering design projects, including stormwater, utility, roadway, site design, and parks projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and preparation of project plans, profiles, and site details
  • Conduct research and gather data for project permits and approvals
  • Prepare stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, and other calculations/reports required for project permits and approvals
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project manuals and construction specifications
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • E.I.T. Certification
  • Intermediate proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Hydraflow Storm Sewers (or other similar stormwater modeling programs)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in a consulting engineering firm or similar environment
