Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Advanced knowledge of basic tools and equipment.
  • At least one year of experience in a maintenance-related role.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with computer systems, plumbing, electric, and HVAC would be an asset. Additionally, the ability to work effectively with the public and troubleshoot issues would be beneficial.
